Promotions:

  • The customer must be 21 years of age with a valid photo ID.
  • The customer must present valid photo ID, and sign a receipt to claim any prize.
  • The customer must have a Diamond Club Card to be eligible.
  • The kiosk is based off of a number of different factors of how much play a customer has with their Diamond Club Card.
  • The kiosk promotional prizes are determined by (but not limited to): a customer's Coin In, Win/Loss, Coin Out, Points, etc.
  • Customers can play promotions and win prizes such as (but not limited to): Free Play (Automatic Funds Transfer), Points Add (amount added to slot point balance), Comps Add (amount added to comp points balance), match play, and drawing tickets, etc.
  • Kiosk promotions are based on virtual games.
  • Malfunctions voids all plays and pays.
  • Prizes are non transferable.
  • There is no cash back on items for outlets such as hotel, cafe, gift shop, etc.
  • Taxes/fees are the responsibility of the customer/winner.
  • Diamond Mountain Casino will not be responsible for the loss of any tickets.
  • Management has the right to amend, change, or cancel this promotion at any time with the approval of the Susanville Indian Rancheria Gaming Commission.
  • In the event of a dispute, management and/or Gaming Commission decisions are final.
  • Diamond Mountain Casino employees and Susanville Indian Rancheria Tribal Business Council members are eligible to enter kiosk promotions but not kiosk drawings.
  • Susanville Indian Rancheria Gaming Commission and Gaming Commission employees are not eligible to enter any kiosk promotions.

Drawings:

  • The customer must be 21 years of age with a valid photo ID.
  • The customer must present valid photo ID, and sign a receipt to claim any prize.
  • The customer must have a Diamond Club Card to be eligible.
  • Kiosk EDRAW will be utilized for any electronic and/or earned entry drawings.
  • Customers may receive a minimum of one free entry for each drawing.
  • Customers may earn more entries by using their Diamond Club card on the slots.
  • The amount of earned entries and amount of prizes for any drawing will vary and depend on multiple factors like (but not limited to): Weekend Drawings, Holiday Drawings, Monthly Drawings,etc.
  • For any drawings that require a check-in of entries, the customer must check in their entries before any individual drawing to be eligible for that drawing.
  • During kiosk drawings once check-in has closed no more entries can be added to the drum.
  • Some drawings may not require the customer to check in, but they must be present to win.
  • Some drawings may not require the customer to be present to win, but the customer's account must have a phone number or email address on file, otherwise another winner will be selected.
  • Prizes are non transferable.
  • There is no cash back on items for outlets such as hotel, cafe, gift shop, etc.

Players Club Rules

  • Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
  • Membership is free.
  • Members must be 21 years of age or older. Players must show valid picture identification (driver's license, state ID, military ID, current passport, alien registration card, or tribal ID) for all transactions.
  • Participants agree that valid photo ID will be scanned an remain on file or benefits may be denied.
  • The benefits of the program are intended for the use of the person listed on the account.
  • Points can be earned and redeemed at Diamond Mountain Casino & Hotel, Susanville, CA.
  • Where applicable, promotion swill be based on base points.
  • Points are earned for all tracked slot play. Points are not earned while playing with Promo Play.
  • Point multipliers will not be considered when determining promotion eligibility.
  • Minimum points redeemable - $1 and in $1 increments thereafter.
  • Membership may be revoked or canceled at management's discretion.
  • Lost or stolen cards must be reported to the Diamond Club immediately.
  • A duplicate card can be issued with proper ID. May be subject to a fee.
  • Diamond Club memberships are non transferable. Club benefits may not be transferred or combined with any other account. Membership rewards are subject to time limits and expiration dates.
  • Members failing to use their card during a consecutive 12 months period will be inactivated. In the event that the card is inactivated, the account will be canceled and all points are forfeited.
  • Casino reserved the right to mail casino vouchers for unredeemed points to club member at casino's discretion.
  • By becoming a Diamond Club member, you acknowledge your permission for Diamond Mountain Casino & Hotel to correspond with you via mail, email, text message, and/or telephone.
  • Disputes regarding the accumulation of points or point balances will be reviewed by management. Management decisions are final.
  • The DMC&H management reserves the right to amend, cancel, or change club benefits at any time without prior notification with the approval of the Susanville Indian Rancheria Gaming Commission.
  • Any disputes of issues not covered by the foregoing rules will be settled at the discretion of the DMC&H management.
  • By participating in this program, participants agree to the rules and regulations.
  • Barred Persons by the SIRGC, including self barred persons, will have their players club account deactivated during the duration of their barring. Barred persons are not allowed to gamble on Diamond Mountain Casino property. Any barred person who gambles during the duration of their barring will not be allowed to collect any winnings on their players club account.
  • Direct mail offers, other special offers, promotions, and giveaways will not necessarily be available to all club members.
